Job summary

Compass International Holdings seeks a Title Services Representative to drive successful real estate closings. You coordinate with agents, buyers, lenders, attorneys, and underwriters to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion from file opening to recording.

Your details‑oriented, communicative approach builds trust and smooths complex closings. You will review contracts, manage timelines, and oversee funding, disbursement, and post‑closing tasks while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in title, escrow, settlement services, mortgage, or real estate transactions.
• Requires local travel within the assigned territory
• Notary Public credentials
• Strong understanding of the residential real estate closing process and escrow administration.
• Knowledge of title commitments, title clearance, funding, recording, and post-closing procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, open files, identify requirements, and coordinate information to move the transaction forward.
• Manage timelines, coordinate with all parties, resolve issues, clear title requirements, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Prepare and review settlement statements, closing disclosures, escrow instructions, and closing documents.
• Coordinate funding, disbursement, recording, and post-closing activities.
• Deliver exceptional service to agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and referral partners.
• Mentor and support escrow assistants and team members.
