Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with commercial loan documentation and real estate lending concepts is advantageous.
• Understanding Univest lending policy guidelines is beneficial.
• Knowledge of consumer loans, HELOCs, and related products.
• Ability to make independent decisions aligned with policies and guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of post-closing tasks for commercial and consumer loans following Univest policies.
• Analyze loan documentation packages to identify required supporting documents.
• Track receipt and verify completeness, accuracy, and originality of documents.
• Enter necessary data for CRA and HMDA reporting into the system.
• Scan, label, and upload documents into Synergy Capture and/or nCino Salesforce; ensure proper filing.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws including the Uniform Commercial Code and Univest Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate with lenders and admins to resolve documentation discrepancies and scanning issues.
• Review loan documents for completeness and authenticity; respond to mail confirmation emails promptly.
• Monitor post-closing queue, transfer files between systems, and index documents in Xperience.
• Utilize LQAS to input loan details into tracking systems based on terms and conditions.
• Organize and maintain both consumer and commercial loan files.
• Assist in onboarding and training of team members.
