Job summary

Deephaven Mortgage in Charlotte, NC is seeking a highly motivated Post Closing Specialist to join the Operations team. You will participate in the loan delivery process, focusing on accuracy, completeness, and timely asset delivery while coordinating with title companies, investors, and vendors.

This onsite role requires an Associate degree or 1–3 years in mortgage operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 1–3 years in mortgage industry required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams and partners to optimize the loan delivery process.
Receive, image, and ship collateral and final loan documents to designated custodians.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all documentation received and processed.
Register originated loans within the MERS system in accordance with established procedures.
