Qualifications

• 1 – 2+ years’ experience in residential mortgage lending.
• Experience in Post Closing and/or Secondary Marketing/Shipping preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of final documents to investors.
• Track and follow up on outstanding final document conditions.
• Coordinate with closing and shipping teams to resolve deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate tracking logs for shipped packages.
• Perform general post-closing administrative tasks.
