Deephaven Mortgage LLC is seeking a highly motivated Post Closing Specialist to join the Operations team in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on enhancing loan delivery processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting efficiency in a hands-on office setting.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, serving as the main liaison for title companies, investors, and vendors, while handling high volumes of loan documentation with precision and timeliness.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to optimize loan delivery workflows.
• Serve as primary contact for title companies, investors, and third-party vendors.
• Receive, verify, image, and ship collateral and final loan documents to custodians.
• Obtain and track recorded mortgages and final title insurance policies.
