Job summary

Deephaven Mortgage in Charlotte, NC is seeking a highly motivated Post Closing Specialist to join the Operations team. You will participate in the loan delivery process, focusing on accuracy, completeness, and timely asset delivery while coordinating with title companies, investors, and vendors.

This onsite role requires an Associate degree or 1–3 years in mortgage operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

The Post Closing Specialist will participate in the loan delivery process providing a heightened focus on coverage and assistance to optimize processes and increase efficiencies while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality of assets being delivered.
