Qualifications

Eight years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementing enterprise software in the POS space.
Five+ years hands-on with POS/PredictSpring.
Strong data modelling, integration patterns, and data governance understanding.
Experience with system architecture design and integration patterns.
Familiarity with POS configurations, APIs, SPIs, and merchant tools.

Responsibilities

Engage Signature Success Plan customers through high-velocity advisory engagements.
Serve as trusted POS SME for Architecture, Solution Strategy and product expertise.
Translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders & executives.
Identify capability gaps and recommend product enhancements or custom solutions.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive adoption.
