Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Commerce Cloud Success Architect focused on POS (PredictSpring) to drive customer success at scale. You will advise on architecture, store operations, performance, and solution design within the Salesforce POS portfolio, engaging Signature Success Plan customers across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 8 years proven enterprise consulting experience, leading or architecting solutions.
• 5+ years hands-on POS/PredictSpring experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of data modelling, integration architectures and governance.
• Experience in system architecture design and integration patterns; POS app/tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Engage Signature Success Plan customers with strategic advisory across architecture and design for Salesforce POS.
• Serve as trusted POS SME; provide architecture, strategy, thought leadership and product expertise.
• Translate complex concepts for technical and business stakeholders; drive executive-level guidance.
• Identify gaps, propose product enhancements or custom solutions to maximize adoption and value.
• Build strong internal/external partnerships; collaborate across teams on customer initiatives.
