Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Commerce Cloud POS Success Architect (POS SME) with 8+ years in enterprise consulting and deep PredictSpring expertise. You will lead advisory engagements across architecture, data, and integration to drive customer success for Salesforce POS in large enterprise settings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence product strategy, and translate complex tech concepts for diverse audiences while delivering scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise consulting experience in POS space
• Hands-on POS/PredictSpring expertise with architecture and integration
• Experience with data modelling, integration patterns, and data governance

Responsibilities

• Engage signature success plan customers with strategic consultation on architecture, store ops, and performance for Salesforce POS
• Serve as POS SME for Cloud Success, providing architecture, strategy, and product expertise
• Translate complex tech concepts for stakeholders from technical teams to executives
• Identify capability gaps and propose product enhancements or custom solutions
• Build strong internal/external relationships to support customer success
