Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Commerce Cloud POS Success Architect with extensive experience in enterprise consulting and PredictSpring. You will drive strategic guidance for Salesforce POS implementations across large enterprises, influencing architecture, data governance and integration patterns.

You will lead with expertise, communicate complex concepts to business and technical stakeholders, and collaborate with internal and external teams to maximize customer success and adoption of Salesforce

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including POS solutions
Extensive hands-on POS/PredictSpring expertise
Strong data modelling and integration pattern knowledge
Experience with POS app tooling and merchant APIs
Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders
Cross-functional collaboration across Developers, Merchants and Leaders

Responsibilities

Engage Signature Success Plan customers with strategic advisory on Salesforce POS architecture and operations.
Serve as a trusted POS SME for Architecture, Strategy, and product guidance.
Translate complex tech concepts for diverse audiences including executives.
Identify capability gaps and recommend product enhancements or custom solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption.
