Responsibilities

• Engage Signature Success Plan customers with strategic consultation on architecture, store ops, performance and design for Salesforce POS.
• Serve as a trusted POS SME informing Architecture, Strategy and Product insights.
• Translate complex tech concepts for diverse audiences including executives and engineers.
• Identify capability gaps and propose product enhancements or custom solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
