Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Commerce Cloud Success Architect specializing in POS (PredictSpring) to drive success for large enterprise customers. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will contribute to the growth and reputation of Salesforce as a leader in the industry.

You will engage with Signature Success Plan customers, providing strategic architecture guidance and actionable recommendations across technical architecture, store operations, and solution design—specifically for Salesforce POS.

Qualifications

• 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in the POS space as a lead developer or architect.
• 5+ years proven hands-on experience with POS/PredictSpring
• Deep understanding of data modelling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
• Experience with system architecture design and integration patterns
• Deep understanding of POS App and Merchant Tools with hands-on experience using them to troubleshoot and solve real business challenges

Responsibilities

• Engage with Signature Success Plan customers through a high-velocity advisory model across multiple engagements.
• Provide proactive Architecture, Solution Strategy, Thought Leadership, and Product expertise as a POS SME.
• Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including executives and technical stakeholders.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend product enhancements or custom solutions to maximize customer success.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive broader goals.
