Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Commerce Cloud POS Success Architect to lead enterprise engagements for large retailers, delivering scalable omnichannel solutions within the Salesforce POS portfolio. You will iterate with customers, define architectural roadmaps, and drive successful implementations.

You will act as a SME, translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and guiding both technical and business teams toward optimal outcomes, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and

Qualifications

8 years of enterprise consulting experience, including POS implementations
5+ years hands-on POS/PredictSpring experience
Strong data modelling, integration pattern knowledge
Experience in system architecture design and APIs/SPIs
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
Knowledge of POS configuration and merchant tools

Responsibilities

Engage Signature Success Plan customers with strategic advisory across architecture, store operations, performance, and design for Salesforce POS
Serve as trusted POS SME providing architecture, strategy, and product expertise
Translate technical concepts for diverse audiences including executives
Identify capability gaps and recommend enhancements or custom solutions
Build relationships with internal and external partners
