Salesforce is seeking a Commerce Cloud POS Architect specializing in Point of Sale (POS) and omnichannel solutions to lead engagement with large enterprise customers. Qualifications

• 8 years proven enterprise consulting experience in the POS space.
• 5+ years hands-on POS/PredictSpring experience.
• Data modelling, integration architectures, and data governance knowledge.
• Experience with system architecture design and integration patterns.
• POS App and Merchant Tools understanding; troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with POS configuration, CMS capabilities, APIs and SPIs.
• Excellent communication; able to work with Developers, Merchants, Executives.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage Signature Success Plan customers with strategic consultation on technical architecture, store operations, performance, and design for Salesforce POS.
• Serve as trusted POS SME across Cloud Success organization with architecture, strategy, and product expertise.
• Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences including executives.
• Identify capability gaps and propose product enhancements or custom solutions.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
