Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with restaurant POS hardware and software
• Strong networking knowledge including wiring, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
• Proven ability to train staff and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Experience leading multi-site installations and coordinating with project teams

Responsibilities

• Perform virtual site surveys validating wiring, networking, and performance
• Install and configure POS hardware at client sites and via remote support
• Deliver on-site or virtual staff training and post-install follow-up
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and mentor junior specialists
• Maintain thorough documentation and records of surveys and installations
• Travel to client sites regularly to ensure project success
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering to improve processes
