TRUNO seeks a POS Field Service Technician to service customer sites within the assigned territory, ensuring prompt response to requests and thorough testing of POS hardware, printers, scales, and related equipment. Responsibilities

• Respond to all service requests timely and document completions with details
• Interact with store personnel and Truno team positively and clearly
• Maintain regular hours and after-hours availability when needed
• Travel within ~150 miles with limited overnight stays
• Troubleshoot, fault isolate, repair, and test in-store equipment
• Use basic power tools as needed for installations and repairs
• Provide preventative maintenance on POS equipment and related hardware
• Configure software/hardware and perform installs and upgrades
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct
• Protect company assets and follow policies
• Maintain knowledge of equipment sold and supported in territory
• Take on additional duties as needed
