Job summary

TRUNO is seeking a POS Field Service Technician to service customer sites in the Washington region. You will troubleshoot and repair POS hardware including printers, scales, wrappers, and related network equipment, with emphasis on thorough testing and documentation.

Travel within a 150-mile radius with occasional overnight stays, plus after-hours availability as needed. Requires an associate degree in IT and 1+ year of tech service experience; Windows and MS Office familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of technology service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with electronics/technology hardware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests timely and document details.
• Troubleshoot, repair, test, and verify functionality of in-store equipment.
• Provide preventative maintenance for POS hardware and related systems.
• Interact professionally with store personnel and TRUNO team.
• Travel within a 150-mile radius; occasional overnight stays.
