Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technology service.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office is required.
• Practical experience with electronics/technology hardware is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all service requests timely.
• Maintain accurate spare parts/equipment inventory.
• Provide preventative maintenance to customers on POS equipment.
• Organized and maintain professional appearance.
