You will handle end-to-end fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping payment technology solutions to customers, and configure POS devices and peripherals with customer-specific software. You will perform QA testing and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and connectivity before shipment, maintain accurate inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful

• Experience in technology deployment, IT support, or fulfillment operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across devices and networks.
• Attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping, and preparing payment tech for delivery.
• Configure, stage, and validate POS devices and peripherals, including imaging and software setup.
• Perform QA testing and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity before shipment.
• Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, ensure asset tracking compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, product, implementation, and support to ensure successful deployments.
