Global Payments Inc. is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician to join our operations team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will own end-to-end fulfillment, from picking and packing to shipping payment technology solutions to customers.

The role requires configuring POS devices and peripherals, performing QA testing, maintaining inventory records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments. Mon-Fri 11am-8pm EST.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in technology deployment or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Schedule: Mon - Fri 11am - 8pm EST

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end fulfillment and deployment activities for payment technology solutions.
• Configure, stage, and validate POS devices, payment terminals, and peripherals.
• Perform quality assurance testing and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity before shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Partner with operations, product, implementation, and support teams to ensure successful deployments.
