Job summary

POS360, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Systems Technician II in Texas. This role focuses on in-house pre-deployment work—prepping, testing, labeling, and packaging credit card terminals and 360 Pro systems—plus limited field installs to maintain hands-on knowledge.

You will support warehouse tasks and collaborate with Client Services, ensuring deployment readiness and quality across equipment types.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in POS, field installation, or technical support.
• Fundamental understanding of computer hardware and systems.
• Experience with basic IP networking and configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to perform staging, configuration, testing with limited supervision.
• Willingness to do occasional field installs and travel within Texas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, configure, test, and package POS equipment for deployment.
• Support field deployments and assist technicians onsite as needed.
• Perform pre-deployment checks, labeling, packing, and documentation.
• Maintain organized workspace and adhere to quality standards.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve recurring deployment issues.
