Job summary

Globalpayers in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician—part-time—to support our operations team and accelerate customer deliveries. You will execute end-to-end fulfillment, including picking, packing, shipping, configuring POS devices and peripherals, and testing to ensure readiness for deployment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifying candidates will have a high school diploma and 2+ years in deployment or fulfillment;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in technology deployment or fulfillment.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware and software.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping, and deploying payment technology for customers.
• Configure, stage, and validate POS devices, terminals, and peripherals, including imaging and software setup.
• Perform QA testing and troubleshoot to ensure all components function before shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure asset tracking compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, product, implementation, and support to resolve issues and improve processes.
