Job summary

Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area seeks a full-time Product Support Specialist 1- Portuguese to provide basic technical customer support for Garmin consumer products, answering calls, emails, chats and web posts in a timely manner.

You will escalate issues for resolution, document and follow up, maintain professional interactions, and stay current on policy and product changes while working with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Interest in Garmin products and customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and navigate multiple screens.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities
