Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge in the United States seeks a senior leader to own the operating system behind fridge activation decisions, forecasting, and reporting across a national network. You will sit at the intersection of Channel Strategy, Account Management, Finance, Fridge Operations, and Logistics to ensure decisions translate into governed action.

This role focuses on economic judgment, reliability, and scalable systems, driving margins and cash flow while coordinating cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, GTM, strategy, FP&A, or consulting.
• Comfortable owning economic thresholds and defending them, not just reporting numbers.
• Build repeatable systems—trackers, ownership maps, standing rules—instead of solving the same exception twice.
• Work fluently with Finance and Sales on forecast inputs, not only with Operations on execution status.
• Deep understanding of how operational decisions connect to business economics: revenue, margin, payback, capacity, and resource tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Set decision trees and payback logic that leverage analyses from Channel strategy on fridge lifecycle.
• Drive data driven decision making on fridge placement using site-traffic intelligence and sensor data.
• Set frameworks to drive payment discipline for the office pantry channel with AR collaboration.
• Own site-access reliability with Fridge Operations and translate patterns into upstream fixes.
• Build the framework for evaluating move and swap requests before resources are committed.
