Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Growth & Portfolio Strategy to drive product mix, pricing, and margins across our Fridge and Retail channels. You’ll own the portfolio strategy, leverage transactional data, and shape the innovation roadmap to maximize profitability.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-ownership role, partnering with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to deliver growth while protecting net margins.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, category management, or a comparable commercial role, ideally with a physical product portfolio (CPG food/beverage strongly preferred).
• Expert spreadsheet modeling and data skills, with the ability to independently organize, analyze, and draw clear business conclusions from large datasets.
• Experience working with AI tools to build analyses faster and manage AI as a tool, not the primary thinker.

Responsibilities

• Determine which products earn a slot in each fridge based on margin, velocity, waste risk and consumer buying behavior.
• Guide innovation priorities by co-drafting briefs and setting margin, sales and velocity targets.
• Pull and analyze high-volume transaction data to surface trends and rationalize SKUs.
• Model pricing, waste, input costs, and trade spend to protect margin.
• Manage lifecycle of products across Fridge and Retail and prune underperformers.
• Build category story with Sales and brokers and define market-ready recommendations.
