Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge in Chicago is seeking a strategic Revenue Operations professional to own the operating system behind fridge activation and placement decisions across our national network. You will drive thresholds, forecasting, and reporting that turn data into governed action without handholding, partnering with Channel Strategy, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, GTM, strategy, FP&A, or consulting.
• Experience owning analysis end to end with cross-functional partners.
• Able to define economic thresholds and defend them.
• Experience building repeatable systems and trackers.
• Fluent collaboration with Finance and Sales on forecast inputs.

Responsibilities

• Set decision trees and payback logic for fridge lifecycle and execution.
• Drive data-driven fridge placement decisions using site-traffic data.
• Own weekly portfolio outlook and revenue forecast inputs.
• Maintain a single system of record for fridge inventory.
• Keep Salesforce milestone dates accurate with validation rules.
• Automate recurring manual workarounds and identify root causes.
