The role emphasizes analytical thinking, disciplined project management, and cross-functional influence, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering measurable results in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, consulting, project management or continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex operational and business challenges across the Supply Chain organization.
• Lead structured root cause analysis and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and governance.
• Build detailed project plans with timelines and milestones to ensure execution.
• Coordinate teams, manage risks, and drive accountability during execution.
• Partner with leaders to improve performance, service levels, productivity, and cost.
• Provide temporary leadership and execution support when needed.
• Travel to operating locations as required.
