Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge is seeking a Head of Planning to own the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning process for a daily replenished network of fresh food fridges and deliveries. You’ll lead planning leaders across Procurement, Production, Pick Pack, Fulfillment, and Continuous Improvement to convert demand into a executable plan with data-driven constraint management.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Culinary/R&D to ensure fridge launches, menu changes, and delivery changes are

Qualifications

• 8+ years of supply chain or operations planning experience, including leadership of teams.
• Demonstrated ownership of a full S&OP cycle, including executive S&OP forums.
• Labor/resource planning across multi-site operations is highly preferred.
• Experience with constraint-based planning models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full S&OP cycle end-to-end with a published plan of record.
• Lead planning managers across Procurement, Production, Pick Pack, and Fulfillment.
• Identify bottlenecks, quantify costs of unserved demand, and drive ROI-based improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and R&D to reflect launches and menu changes in the plan.
