Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge is hiring a Vice President of Fulfillment to lead national distribution, fridge operations, and centralized logistics. This executive will own the Fulfillment P&L, set strategy, and build scalable operating models in a fast-growing food-tech environment.

You will oversee fleet, safety, and compliance while driving cost efficiency and service levels across the network. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in senior fulfillment/ops leadership, demonstrated success scaling distributed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in fulfillment, logistics, or operations.
• Experience leading geographically distributed operations and scaling in high-growth environments.
• Experience developing operating models, management systems, and scalable processes.
• Experience managing distribution, routing, logistics, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision, operating strategy, and priorities for the fulfillment organization.
• Implement rhythms, KPIs, and management systems to drive performance.
• Develop operating models and capabilities to support growth.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and cross-functional partnership.
• Provide executive leadership for field distribution operations.
• Develop the distribution leadership team to deliver safe, efficient execution.
• Oversee end-to-end fulfillment execution and standards.
• Lead national fridge network strategy and performance.
• Oversee procurement, maintenance, inventory, and parts management for fridges.
• Maximize fridge uptime and asset utilization.
• Oversee centralized routing, planning, dispatch, and logistics.
• Drive routing/capacity planning and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage third-party logistics strategy and partners.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardized operating procedures.
• Drive data-driven decision making and problem solving.
• Partner with Supply Chain Tech to define the fulfillment roadmap.
• Drive safety, compliance, and fleet management across the org.
• Own the Fulfillment P&L, budget, and long-range plan.
• Align fulfillment priorities with broader business objectives.
