Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge is seeking a highly analytical, hands-on finance leader to partner with our Manufacturing and Fulfillment teams and help drive the cost performance of our business.

This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, with a primary focus on understanding the drivers of our cost structure, building the tools and models needed to manage those costs, establishing clear financial targets, and partnering with our teams to deliver against them.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or operations finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain teams.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; BI/ERP tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FP&A and operations teams to develop driver-based models.
• Own cost analyses across labor, materials, packaging, distribution, and other drivers.
• Build recurring reporting to measure performance, trends and risks.
• Translate financial insights into actionable plans with operational leaders.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and board presentations.
