Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management to maximize the readiness of its project portfolio and lead de-risking and process improvements from development to financial approval. The role includes supporting AI use cases across execution and measuring impact.

The position requires a strategic thinker with cross-functional leadership, strong analytics, and experience driving KPI-driven improvements in multi-project environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, accounting, finance, or social sciences, or similar field preferred.
• PMP or PE a plus but not required.
• Minimum 6 years of business experience including quantitative assessments and project management.

Responsibilities

• Directing Execution & Project Management support across the portfolio.
• Maintain portfolio view, de-risking support, and procurement coordination.
• Implement process improvements to project readiness and KPI tracking.
• Standardize feedback with automation and accelerate value realization.
• Support AI use cases and coordinate cross-team AI initiatives.
• Design and implement KPI dashboards and portfolio funnel visibility.
• Collaborate with EPC Procurement and drive cost/schedule optimization.
