RWE Americas, LLC in Illinois is seeking an experienced leader for the AI Transformation program within Strategy. This office-based role involves coordinating blueprinting sprints, driving cross-functional AI initiatives, and reporting to senior leadership.

You will manage portfolios, create dashboards, oversee change management, and ensure value delivery across the program while collaborating with IT, finance, and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in management/transformation programs, with cross-functional AI/tech transformation experience.
• Strong program management skills across a full portfolio of initiatives.
• Lead organizational transformation efforts with change management and business case development.
• Solid project management discipline with minimal oversight.
• Design and operationalize value-tracking dashboards and metrics.
• Hands-on change-management for portfolio plans, training materials, and launches.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, generative AI, and digital product development.
• Effective stakeholder management across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for steering committees.
• Proactive, impact‑oriented with ownership mindset.
• Self-starter capable of driving multiple workstreams.
• Experience in power/utility/clean energy sectors (US markets) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and PM tools (Jira, Miro).

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting sprints across AI initiatives and translate learnings into improved processes.
• Support portfolio-level AI use-case prioritization and investment decisions.
• Project manage AI programs end-to-end, including scoping, vendor selection, deployment.
• Develop enterprise change-management frameworks and training programs.
• Support program resource management and ROI optimization.
• Own portfolio analytics and KPI tracking to inform governance.
• Coordinate program governance and stage-gate reviews.
