Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking an experienced leader for the AI Transformation team within Corporate Development/Strategy. The role focuses on blueprinting AI-enabled workflows, prioritization, and end-to-end program delivery across business units, IT, and vendors.

The position requires driving adoption of AI-enabled ways of working, governance, and ROI optimization across a multi-location US footprint. Travel to RWE offices and field sites is expected, with an office-based posture and extensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, transformation program management, digital transformation, or related roles.
• Experience independently driving large-scale, cross-functional AI or technology transformation programs.
• Strong program management skills to structure and track complex initiatives across the portfolio.
• Proven ability to lead organizational or operational transformation and change management.
• Experience with dashboards and metrics frameworks for program performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting sprints across AI initiatives and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.
• Support portfolio-level AI use-case prioritization and investment decisions.
• Manage AI program initiatives end-to-end from scoping to deployment and adoption.
• Develop enterprise change management frameworks and adoption collateral.
• Coordinate program governance rhythms and cross-workstream reporting.
• Provide portfolio analytics and KPI tracking to inform governance and leadership.
