RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management to maximize project portfolio readiness by allocating resources, de-risking projects, and driving process improvements from development through financial approval.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, advancing AI use cases in execution, and coordinating with Procurement, Commercial, and IT across multiple U.S. sites. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, accounting, finance, or social sciences or similar field preferred.
• PMP or PE a plus but not required.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and managing a project portfolio.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.
• Experience with AI use cases in project management and execution.

Responsibilities

• Directing execution and project management across the portfolio.
• De-risking projects and optimizing value drivers (NPV, cost-benefit).
• Collaborating with EPC procurement to partner with top-tier suppliers.
• Designing and implementing process improvements and KPIs for portfolio visibility.
• Supporting AI use cases and coordinating AI initiatives across teams.
