RWE Americas, LLC in Chicago, IL, seeks an experienced program leader to drive AI transformation across the enterprise. You will blueprint initiatives, manage cross‑functional teams, and partner with IT, product, and finance to deliver measurable value.

This full‑time role requires at least 7 years in transformation programs, strong governance and change management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. Travel to other RWE locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, transformation program management, digital transformation, or related roles.
• Strong program management skills to structure and track complex, concurrent initiatives across a full program portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational or operational transformation efforts with measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing and operating program‑level value tracking infrastructure, including dashboards and metrics frameworks.
• Hands‑on change management capability, with portfolio‑level plans, training materials, and launch‑ready execution plans.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, generative AI, and digital product development to engage with technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including materials for steering committees and senior leadership.
• Self‑starter with ownership and ability to drive progress across multiple workstreams in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate blueprinting sprints across AI initiatives, facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
• Support portfolio‑level AI use‑case prioritization and investment decisions.
• Manage AI program initiatives end‑to‑end from scoping to deployment and adoption.
• Develop enterprise change management frameworks and adoption programs.
• Support portfolio resource management and ROI optimization with cross‑functional visibility.
• Own portfolio analytics and KPI tracking, turning data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate governance and core process rhythms with cross‑workstream reporting.
