Job summary

Multiplier Holdings is seeking a highly analytical, hands-on operator and coach to improve efficiency across portfolio firms. You will define standards for core processes, assess current performance, and partner with leaders and our PX team to close gaps.

Before acquisition, you’ll benchmark potential firms and shape profitability transformation plans; after close, you’ll translate plans into action, drive adoption, and measure impact across delivery, staffing, onboarding, billing and service

Qualifications

• Strong financial understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Hands-on analytical ability with data, models and recommendations.
• Early adopter of AI applying tools to operating workflows.
• Experience delivering operating improvements with measurable results.
• Strong relationship skills to earn trust with firm leaders and staff.
• Good judgment on priorities, budgets and ROI.
• Ability to run multiple cross-firm initiatives with clear ownership.
• Willingness to travel regularly to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assess firms pre- and post-acquisition, benchmark cost structures and identify gaps.
• Build transformation plans with costs, resources and timeline.
• Lead cross-firm initiatives for consolidation and process redesign.
• Pilot changes, train teams and ensure adoption across portfolios.
• Develop playbooks and ensure ongoing value delivery.
• Measure impact with financial and operational metrics.
