Job summary

Accordion Partners seeks a Transformation: Finance Transformation leader to guide PE-backed portfolio companies in finance strategy and process improvements. You will help design future-state operating platforms and drive value through technology enablement and automation.

You will manage multi-workstream engagements, mentor junior team members, and interact with C-level sponsors to deliver strategic insights and measurable benefits. This hybrid US role offers remote work two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience managing large engagements with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance function diagnostics and develop a value-creation roadmap.
• Design and implement process improvements across lead-to-cash, source-to-pay, and FP&A.
• Design future-state operating platforms and organize the finance tech stack.
• Develop implementation plans with quantified benefits and substantiation.
• Manage multi-workstream transformations and mentor junior staff.
