Current seeks a Director, Portfolio Operations in New York to drive transformational initiatives across a portfolio of firms, diagnosing performance issues, crafting improvement plans, and guiding execution to boost EBITDA and cash flow.

You will partner with Managing Partners, COOs, regional leaders, and functional chiefs to align efforts, design organization changes, implement processes and technology, and monitor realized benefits over time.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in restructuring, performance improvement, transformation, or operations leadership.
• Proven track record leading transformations with EBITDA, margin, or working-capital improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and fluency in P&L analysis and performance metrics.
• Experience leading multi-workstream initiatives from diagnosis to implementation.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Willingness to travel and embed on-site with portfolio firms for extended periods.

• Lead transformation, restructuring, and turnaround initiatives within portfolio firms.
• Diagnose root causes of financial and operational underperformance via analysis and leadership engagement.
• Develop actionable transformation plans with initiatives, owners, milestones, and targets.
• Drive implementation from diagnosis to execution and sustain benefits.
• Identify opportunities to improve EBITDA, margins, realization, and working capital.
• Build and manage integrated workplans, milestones, risks, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Managing Partners, COOs, and regional leaders for alignment.
• Lead organizational design, process improvements, and operating model initiatives as needed.
• Track realized benefits against business case and intervene if needed.
• Establish routines and controls to sustain improvements after engagements.
