Keep Company is seeking a Manager, Program Operations to own day-to-day delivery and enablement of all programs. You will design scalable processes, oversee enrollment and onboarding, and drive automation across enterprise programs to improve quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of program operations or SaaS operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and data translation.
• Experience building scalable workflows and automation.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Keep Company programs and pilots.
• Oversee cohort enrollment, onboarding, and feedback loops.
• Develop scalable operational processes and automation with AI tools.
• Ensure clear, human-centered program communications across cohorts.
• Partner with Directors to align program experience with client goals.
