Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a General Service Manager to lead maintenance operations across 3+ communities, ensuring consistent service quality and property readiness. You will oversee Service Manager teams, mentor leaders, and manage vendor contracts and capital planning.

The role requires advanced knowledge of building systems, EPA/CPO certifications, and a track record of multi-site oversight. Travel between communities is expected; a strong safety and compliance focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive multifamily maintenance management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems.
• EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required; CPO certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and strategic direction for maintenance operations across 3+ communities, ensuring consistent quality standards and service delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Service Managers and Senior Service Managers, fostering leadership growth and succession readiness across sites.
• Oversee vendor relationships across the portfolio with contracts, scheduling, and quality monitoring.
• Direct and coordinate unit turn scheduling and execution to minimize vacancy loss and ensure move-in readiness.
