You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Delivery, directing research and development while guiding priorities and ensuring high-quality content delivery

Qualifications

• Proven track record in portfolio performance and revenue-focused decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, leadership, and workforce transformation.
• Translate customer challenges and market insights into portfolio strategy and content investments.
• Plan scalable learning programs combining digital, live training, assessments, and credentials.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain portfolio quality and outcomes.
• Coach and develop a mid-size team of portfolio and content professionals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Delivery to shape solutions and drive revenue.
