Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy and workforce transformation programs.
• Translate market signals and priorities into portfolio strategy, investments, and content roadmaps.
• Plan scalable learning programs combining digital, live, assessments, and credentials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products while meeting quality and performance goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals; set priorities and OKRs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, and external partners to grow revenue.
