Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for enterprise learning programs.
• Translate market signals and customer priorities into portfolio strategy and content investments.
• Plan scalable learning journeys combining digital learning, live training, assessments, and credentials.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery of products and learning solutions while meeting quality goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals with clear OKRs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and external partners to shape solutions.
• Lead research on workforce and AI adoption trends to identify new opportunities.
