HOAMCO is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee property and community operations under the Regional Director. The role emphasizes leadership, liaison work between HOAMCO and communities, and ensuring residents’ needs are met with high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include governance, budget oversight, and daily asset management, with a strong focus on proactive communication and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification or higher management designation preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager or in a related management role is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills are valued.

Responsabilités

• Community Leadership: lead, advise the board on long-term planning and policy.
• Effective Communication: proactive, transparent communication with board, residents, staff.
• Daily Operations: oversee asset management, records, and contractor coordination.
• Governance: uphold CC&Rs and design guidelines.
• Liability & Risk: ensure insurance compliance and risk management.
• Budgeting & Oversight: assist with budgets and financial reporting.
• Timely Communication: distribute notices and respond to inquiries.
• Other Duties: perform additional duties to support the community.
