You will leverage AI-powered tools to simplify quoting, planning, and scheduling, while focusing on selling, problem-solving, and growing revenue with autonomy and strong support from a global supply chain leader. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer engagement experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers and strengthen relationships.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers.
• Own day-to-day customer interactions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal partners to meet commitments.
• Quote and price freight using negotiation and market insight.
• Plan and execute shipments with AI agent support.
• Identify growth potential and convert transactional relationships.
• Use data and market updates to uncover opportunities.
• Adopt new tools and document SOPs.
• Support teammates' customers in stand-ups and maintain urgency.
