Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of customer engagement experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers and convert opportunities into active business.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers to increase volume and revenue.
• Own day-to-day customer interactions, respond quickly, manage exceptions and escalations.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet commitments and service expectations.
• Quote and price freight using negotiation, market insight, and buying patterns.
• Plan, build, and execute shipments (with AI agent support) aligned to customer expectations.
• Identify account growth potential and cultivate partnerships with BD resources.
• Use data, reporting, and market updates to find service and growth opportunities.
• Adopt new tools/technology, document SOPs, and push for process improvements.
• Support teammates' customers during stand-ups and maintain team-first mindset.
