Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–6 months of customer engagement experience encouraged.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers and strengthen relationships.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers.
• Own day-to-day customer interactions and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet commitments.
• Quote and price freight using market insight and negotiation skills.
• Plan and execute shipments with AI agent support to meet expectations.
• Identify growth potential and convert transactions into repeat partnerships.
• Use data and market updates to uncover opportunities and inform priorities.
• Adopt new tools, automate processes, and document SOPs.
