Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Associate Portfolio Executive to build and manage a customer portfolio and develop long-term, trusted relationships. You will leverage AI-powered tools for quoting, planning, and scheduling while growing revenue and solving problems.

The role offers autonomy with strong support from a global supply chain leader. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer engagement experience, plus the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers and strengthen relationships.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers.
• Own day-to-day customer interactions and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet commitments.
• Quote and price freight using market insight and customer patterns.
• Plan and execute shipments with AI agent support.
• Identify growth potential and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Use data and market updates to inform priorities.
• Improve processes by adopting new tools and documenting SOPs.
• Support teammates and participate in stand-ups.
