Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months customer engagement experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a customer portfolio and strengthen relationships to convert opportunities.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers to increase volume and revenue.
• Own day-to-day customer interactions, respond to questions, manage escalations, and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet commitments and expectations.
• Quote and price freight, applying negotiation skills and market insights to pricing strategy.
• Plan and execute shipments (with AI agent support) aligned to customer expectations.
• Identify growth potential and develop transactional relationships into repeatable partnerships.
• Use data and market updates to uncover service and growth opportunities.
