Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers, strengthening relationships and uncovering needs to convert opportunities into active business.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers to increase volume, revenue, and wallet share.
• Own day to day customer interactions by responding quickly to questions, managing exceptions and escalations, and resolving conflict professionally.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet customer commitments and service expectations.
• Quote and price freight, applying negotiation skills, market insight, and customer buying patterns to execute pricing strategy.
